The original User Management page is obviously MVP. All the user profiles were available to all the other users. It was clunky. And used an uncommon pattern. But... it worked. Good enough for now. But come an onslaught of new, diverse clients, "now" is now over.
The makeover here was really quite simple. Two views. An Admin view which shows all the users and allows the administrator to also add, edit, or delete all the users, whereas an individual user without admin status would only see their own user page with limited editing capability.
